You Made This Our Best Season Yet – Thank You, Miller Team!
Dear Team,
What an incredible season! Thank you for being the heart and soul of the Miller Detasseling Team. We hope every one of you felt safe, valued, and truly appreciated for the grit, determination, and hard work you brought to the fields each day.
Your dedication blew us away—most of you had nearly perfect attendance, and some didn’t miss a single day. Many of you also earned every Attendance Bonus, giving your paycheck an impressive boost. That’s not just luck—that’s pure work ethic and determination. You should be immensely proud of yourselves!
We also want to send a huge thank-you to the parents, family members, and friends who supported you behind the scenes—driving you to work, picking you up, and cheering you on. Your support means the world to us, and we couldn’t have done it without you.
After nearly 40 years of running this program, we can confidently say: the 2025 Roguing Team is one of the best groups we’ve ever had. Your teamwork, energy, and resilience have set the bar higher than ever.
We can’t wait to see everyone back next season! Until then, take pride in everything you’ve accomplished—you tackled tough challenges head-on, pushed through, and came out stronger for it.

Thank you to all of you that applied and came to a Sign up Meeting. We had over 100 Applications for 30 positions.
Decisions were tough to make. We chose our TEAM based on....
*Experience and Work Ethic, Attendance and Behavior (Past Employees).
*All ID and Direct Deposit information turned in.
*Replies to our email requesting a reply about your availability, etc.
*References from School Personnel.
We also have a WAIT LIST. If you are on this list, we will reach out to you and ask you to work if we need more help.

Many kids earned a lot of money, during the 2024 Season!
Several employees on the Roguing Crew earned over $2,700.00 up to 2,900.00 and some earned over $3,000.00!

Attendance Bonus- Each pay period. Earn $25.00 when you work 6 consecutive AVAILABLE workdays.
2025 WAGES - 1st year worker-$9.00; 2nd year-$10.50; 3rd year-$12.00; 4th year-$13.50
After your first week of employment, evaluations will occur - We will increase your base wage if you are an exemplary employee.
You will receive the raise if you worked over 30 hours the previous season.
Paid 1.5x overtime for over 40hr/week.
If you have experience working with someone else, we can discuss your wage.
