2024 WAGES - 1st year worker-$9.00; 2nd year-$10.50; 3rd year-$12.00; 4th year-$13.50
Returning Miller Crew workers will receive a $1.50 raise from previous year's wage.
You receive the raise if you worked over 30 hours the previous season.
Paid 1.5x overtime for over 40hr/week.
If you have experience working with someone else, we can discuss your wage.
Evaluations - We will increase your base wage if you are an exemplary employee.
Attendance Bonus- Earn $25.00 when you work 6 consecutive AVAILABLE workdays.
Several employees on the Roguing Crew earned over $2,000.00 up to 2,900.00.

If you rogued last year, you know what the job is all about.
If you detasseled last year, we will train you.
Roguing is a great job. You will earn more money because the hours are more consistent.
